Users Are Not Prompted to Upgrade After Setting up Smart Upgrade Kit on Domino 6.x Server

This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JPAI68JRH5 and has been
addressed in Notes/Domino 6.5.4.

Smart Upgrade
SPR# JPAI68JRH5 - Fixed a problem where Smart Upgrade would not automatically
prompt the user when a new release was available for her Notes Client, if Local
Mail was specified.
One of the reasons the issue can occur is if the user has a local mail file
specified in their Location document rather than a server-based mail file.
Thus, as a workaround, change the Location document to specify the server-based
mail file.
